Anyone who camps knows that you need some kind of portable light source for when it gets dark outside. We keep a variety in our camper, but my absolute favorite is the Cat LED Neck Light.
Everyone in my family has one. And we do not store these in the camper because they are just too handy to use only while camping. They are great for reading in bed and working on projects at home.
And while camping, they beat out headlights, in my opinion. I love that I can comfortably wear this around my neck on my trek to the bathhouse, or around the campsite, or in the tent, and not worry about blinding anyone. Because the two lights are multi-positional! They are also dimmable with two settings.
This durable, water-resistant, convenient neck light is a must on our gear list. You’d be surprised by all the ways it can be used! I even hang it on the crossbar in my closet in the camper. A great closet light!
Now, if you want to pay double the price, there is a rechargeable version. But we have the battery-operated model and paid around $20 each at a local hardware store. I have to give credit to my husband for the ‘bright idea’ of including a neck light under the Christmas tree for each family member one Christmas! These definitely make great gifts.
Flashlights have their place, and I love a good lantern I can set on the picnic table. But if you’re looking for a portable hands-free versatile light source, I highly recommend this one.
I think you’ll be ‘de-lighted’!
